Here are different ways to send in your pre-entries for our show using one of the forms linked above or just choose which works for you. Or you can just put your list in an email as such:

Whichever form you use or just plain typing the information without any form works for me as long as you include name of entry and class.

Pre-entries end on the Tuesday (October 22) of the week of show . If you are not sure if you are actually going to enter a certain entry, go ahead and put it in. It is easier for me to just delete a pre-entry than to put a new one in.

 

Also, don't worry if you don't get all your pre-entries sent in by deadline. It does not mean that you can't enter any or all of your entries on the day of judging at convention. It just makes it go faster if you can send in pre-entries.

 

Please respond to this email address (mvavc.showentries@gmail.com) for your pre-entries as I have several different shows that I am doing entries for and I want to make sure I get your pre-entries into the right show.

 

If you choose the third form of attached forms, it automatically prints entry slips for you that you can pick up at convention.

 

On the day of judging, please get a copy of your pre-entries list from me when you arrive.
